Other important information:
-Terms:
We require payment in full prior to the shipment of any piece. In the case of a bronze requiring casting, we require half down, and the remainder when casting and patinae work is completed, prior to shipment. We are not responsible for typographical listing errors or prior sales of any offered works.
-Shipping:
We work with a variety of quality shipping companies allowing us to safely ship both delicate smaller works and monumental multi-ton sculptures anywhere
in the world.
-Commissions:
Some of our artists, time and budget permitting, will create site specific works. Please inquire.
-Other Artists:
We have friendships and working relationships with hundreds of additional artists and dealers, and can, acting as your agent, locate and acquire appropriate works for any setting and aesthetic by almost any artist worldwide.
-Public Art:
We are experts with decades of experience in public and corporate art. From initial search to final selection and shipping & installation logistics, there is no one better suited and capable to assist you than the ModernArts staff.
-Authenticity:
We guarantee the authenticity of each work sold as to artist/maker and will give a full refund if compelling written evidence to the contrary is provided within two years of the date of sale. We work directly with most artists and their estates so this is an issue that arises in only extremely rare instances. If you do have any additional concerns regarding authenticity on any work we offer, we would be happy to advise you as to the most appropriate, qualified and respected external sources for such determination.
-Tax:
Any work sold to or shipped to an address in New Mexico is subject to the appropriate sales tax. There is no sales tax on any works shipped to any non-New Mexico address. All sales are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
-Privacy Policy:
Simple: We will not share any personal client or visitor information with any outside sources period. All information you provide us will be solely used internally to allow us to best serve your art needs.
